Connecting a child’s phone

1. Install Duebird on your child’s phone and choose Connect this device.
2. On your phone, open your child’s profile and choose Connect a device. A code appears for 10 minutes.
3. Scan the code with your child’s phone, or type it in.

If the code has expired, ask for a new one: only the newest code works. Each child can have up to five devices.

Reminders aren’t arriving

• Check that notifications for Duebird are allowed in the phone’s settings.
• Open Duebird once: reminders are refreshed each time the app opens.
• Check the reminder time in Settings. Focus modes or battery saving can hold notifications back.

Child mode

Child mode lets your child use your phone with only their own homework and exams showing. To leave it, tap the lock and enter your PIN or use Face ID or your fingerprint.

Subscriptions

Duebird Plus is managed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change it, open your subscription settings there.

Privacy and your data

See the privacy policy, or delete your account. Privacy questions go to privacy@duebird.study.
